“I greatly enjoy working with young women on resume building and interview confidence. RUSH HOUR is clearly focused on preparing girls to have a successful recruitment experience, but I believe that through recruitment preparation I have the opportunity to instill in each girl a skill set for confidently marketing themselves . My hope is to give each girl the skills needed not only to rock a recruitment conversation, but also feel prepared to speak confidently in any interview scenario. The greatest blessing I have received through RUSH HOUR has been seeing each of my girls reminded that their identity and confidence comes from the Lord, and not any greek letters or accomplishments.”
